Hello Reader,

If you have a sweet tooth like I do, I want to remind you of something important: you do not need to give up dessert to eat well.

This week I updated on the blog one of my go-to recipes, these Healthy Baked Cinnamon Apples, and it’s the kind of simple treat I make all year long. Just apples, cinnamon, coconut sugar, and coconut oil. Nothing fancy, just real ingredients that make your kitchen smell amazing.

Apples and cinnamon are such a comforting combo, especially if you’re trying to eat clean or follow an anti-inflammatory approach. I love using coconut sugar instead of regular sugar and coconut oil instead of butter, because it keeps this dessert lighter while still tasting like a treat.

I always keep apples on hand because they’re so versatile. I use them in desserts, add them to oatmeal, or bake them when I want something sweet without overthinking it.

If you make it, I’d love to hear how you enjoy it. Warm on their own, over yogurt, or with breakfast the next morning.

Wishing you a fantastic day ahead!
