Hello Reader,

I’m so excited to share one of my family’s all-time favorite breakfast recipes with you: whole-wheat crepes made with coconut oil and no added sugar!

These crepes are light, soft, and ready in just 45 minutes. They’re perfect for weekend mornings when you want something wholesome, delicious, and easy to make. Plus, they’re super versatile: enjoy them with fresh fruits, Nutella (or try making homemade Nutella!), savory cheese, or smoked salmon.

Here’s what you’ll need to make them at home:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/8 cups milk or almond milk
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

I’ve shared the full step-by-step recipe and helpful tips on my blog and on my YouTube channel:

Give it a try and let me know your favorite way to enjoy crepes — sweet or savory?

Wishing you a fantastic day ahead!
