Hello Reader,

I used to think I wasn’t a morning person… and honestly, I wasn’t—until I found a rhythm that worked for me.

With three kids, busy mornings, and a never-ending to-do list, I realized the only way to find time for myself was to create it. That’s how my 6 AM morning routine was born. And it’s been a game-changer for my energy, mindset, and overall sanity.

Here’s how I start my day:
✨ Wake up before the house does
💧 Sip a big glass of water
👕 Slip into workout clothes
💪 20–30 minutes of strength training or a walk

Nothing fancy. No perfection. A calm start that helps me feel like myself again.

And yes—some mornings the kids wake up early, someone’s sick, or breakfast complaints start before I can finish my coffee (you know the drill 😅). But I don’t let it throw me off anymore. I just keep showing up.
