Quick question… do you ever look at the brown bananas on your counter and think, well, I guess those are going in the trash?

Please don’t! Brown bananas are actually perfect for baking, and I have the easiest way to use them up.

I just updated a recipe on the blog for Banana Blueberry Muffins with Chocolate Chips, and they are soft, naturally sweet, and full of juicy blueberries. My family absolutely loves them. Honestly, if I don’t grab one right away, my kids and husband will finish the whole batch. 😏

They make a great quick breakfast, healthy snack, or grab-and-go treat, and the recipe is very simple to make.
