Hello Reader,

I’ve been making this breakfast a lot lately, especially on busy mornings when I want something filling but easy. Avocado egg toast, two ways, with fried eggs or boiled eggs, depending on the day.

It’s just good bread, mashed avocado, eggs, a squeeze of lemon, salt, pepper, and a little paprika. Nothing fancy. Real food that keeps you full and gives you steady energy.
